With all the hunching, sitting and planning we tend to do, the cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscular awareness, both inside the studio and the minute you step out of it. There is probably no piece of Pilates equipment more spoken about than the Pilates reformer. The reformer makes a dramatic impression when you first see one, and an even more dramatic change in the body when you use it.
The reformer not only targets the larger muscles but also the smaller supporting muscles. Muscles you did not know you had until your Pilates workout. Combining working larger and smaller muscles means you gain maximum results, transforming any problem areas, reducing pain, changing your life.
