Val realising her lifelong passion for health and fitness, the discipline and motivation, which drives her to complete her own two hourly daily fitness regime, believes this high energetic, motivated passion will assist her clients with goals to maximise capabilities to gain fitness levels, well being and ultimate health.
Val has personally overcome health challenges of working in a high-pressure, sedentary office environment, being a strong sporting participant with interests from track and field, team sports, and water skiing has given Val a solid grounding in fitness.
Using the Pilates practice since 2002, Val extended her curiosity in Anatomy and Physiology in 2010 by qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor. Val gained her Pilates Qualifications through training from Physiotherapists placing a strong emphasis on technique, body alignment, core development, injury prevention and management, and rehabilitation. . Val continues to educate herself and clients on safe techniques to challenge their bodies in a functional manner.
